I am currently pursuing doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering at Stony Brook University. My research interest includes finite element analysis of musculoskeletal joints (knee and spine), bone and scaffold fluid flow analysis, ex vivo tissue mechanical testing, image analysis, and EEG brain activity.
Prior to joining Stony Brook University, I completed my Masters at Koc University (Turkey), and Bachelors at LUMS School of Science & Engineering (Pakistan).
MY LATEST RESEARCH
My current research focus is knee joint finite element analysis using porus media. Currently, the model development is in progress, including femur, tibia, and cartilage.
